      It’s never too late to start, babe. I use to never drink water I could go months on end without it, but trust, it does wonders for your skin.

    Such great tips. The thicker the cream, the better! Winter is the worst on our delicate skin. I try to stay away from indoor heat as well – that seems to dry me out even more!

    Thanks for these tips babe! I definitely find that my skin suffers during the colder months but there are some really easy things you can do to help improve the dryness. One thing I am still really bad at is drinking water. Especially during a busy day, I don’t drink anything close to what I should be. I do try to put on lotion nightly at least on my body. I unfortunately can’t sleep with it on my face overnight or it will make me break out =P

    Love these tips, it’s so important to take good care of your skin! I would also recommend purchasing a humidifier if you don’t already have one, it makes a huge difference in your home!

    These are fantastic tips. I never drink enough water unless I’m working out because I drink a lot of water when I sweat a lot, but I’m trying to consume more regularly. I am a sucker for really, really hot showers, so it’s hard to get me off that one. I often use sunscreen but only for my face, and since I’m in Southern California, I hardly ever need gloves or scarves, but I definitely could moisturize more!
